EVIT Adult Education is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE) with programs that serve students age 18 and older across Phoenix and the East Valley in the areas of health care and nursing, industrial and commercial technology, human services and collision repair.

Many programs offer year-round open enrollment with a variety of class days and times to meet your busy schedule.

To facilitate class a minimum of eight students is required. All monies will be refunded if this requirement is not met.

Enrolling at EVIT has never been easier!

  1. Meet with an Adult Education Advisor.  Call 480-461-4028 to make an appointment.  The Adult Education office hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with extended hours available by appointment in Building #1 at 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.  Please note: Staff meetings and other school-related activities may require closing the office for short periods of time.

  2. Complete the General Programs Application Form.  Applications are also available for pick-up in the Adult Education office.

  3. Pay Tuition and Fees. 10% for the total tuition cost plus all supply and book/software fees required for all adult programs at the time of enrollment but no later than 15 calendar days before the first day of class.

  4. Get a Parking Permit.  The tuition receipt entitles a student to a free campus parking pass.

  5. Apply for Financial Aid and/or Grants.

  6. Review the Adult Education Center Catalog & Student Handbook and Refund Policy

Please note specific program applications for: Nursing AssistantPractical Nursing, Sterile Processing TechnicianSurgical Technician and Cosmetology programs.
