Governing Board Meetings

Unless notice to the contrary is provided, the East Valley Institute of Technology's Governing Board holds its regular meetings at 6:00 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.  From time to time, this meeting time and date may change in the event of a holiday or an event preventing the presence of a quorum.  Special meetings may be called and scheduled on other dates and at other times.  These meetings are open to the public, with the exception of executive sessions.

NOTICE: The March regular public meetings are scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2020 and Monday, March 30, 2020. The meetings will be held at 6:00 pm. in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.

NOTICE: The February 10, 2020 Regular Public Meeting will be held in the Lecture Hall in Building 3 at the East Campus, 6625 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212.

NOTICE: The November 2019 regular board meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting has been moved due to Monday, November 11 being a holiday. The board meeting will be held in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.

NOTICE: For the months of September 2019 and October 2019, the East Valley Institute of Technology will hold regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.

Notices of public meetings are also posted on the calendar of the EVIT website -- http://evit.com/calendar. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting at the EVIT district office in Building 3 of the Main Campus. The district office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. EVIT Policies

It is the policy of the East Valley Institute of Technology District #401 to provide all persons with equal employment and education opportunities regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, marital status, age or disability.
